Any bookings over seven days must receive specific owner permission.

No pets or smoking.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood. Please keep noise to a minimum at night and respect our neighbors.

Maximum overnight occupancy is six people (including children) unless permission is given.

Per Hamlin Township ordinance the house is not to be used for gatherings of over twelve people (renters and guests).
